The first pellet is launched to test the market in Spain: Sabrosas (wheat crusts).

A new plant is opened in Castellbisbal. With the aim of improving the service it provides and meeting market demands, Leng-d’Or starts a new era of specialized production with new technology, resulting in countrywide coverage.

Launch of the Patata Chic, the first low fat, low-calorie potato chip pellet on the snack market.

1993

Launch of Leng-d’Or Cones. A new manufacturing plant is opened in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires, increasing production through the introduction of a technologically-advanced manufacturing process, the first in the sector.

Launch of the Cocktail d’Or, the first snack mix with 5 different pellets with five flavors and shapes that can be fried simultaneously.

Opening of Leng-d'Or USA, Inc., our sales subsidiary office located in Hoboken (NJ)

The introduction of 3D products expands the product range. Launch of vegetable pellets, the first pellets with a vegetable base.

Entry onto the US market. A manufacturing plant is opened in the United States.
